The next 40 years

Today I turn 40 - half life. It’s about time I start a business instead of waiting for something in progress to do it. My eye is on this currently - https://dubainext.ae - looks promising though initiated in 2021 I think - so, brand new. Dubai is considered the next New York in terms of real estate esp Skyscrapers. But I think there would be a ton of startups / SMEs coming in in Dubai in the next decade. Take for example Russia’s Telegram app. And it’s in close proximity to India which is a good place to be an expat at. It’s already full of Indians, so any Indian would feel free at home there. Hopefully I’ll make it there one day with my startup. My dream.
